Typhus seems to be getting a big buff from the FAQs and 6th Ed rule changes.

His Manreaper is a Force Axe and Daemon Weapon, plus he has access to Fiery Form from Pyromancy psyker powers.

Does his Manreaper and Fiery Form stack and which stats do we use from his combined Force Axe/Daemon Weapon Manreaper?

They do indeed appear to be cumulative. As for stats, it's an odd situation: as a Force Axe, it is AP2; as a Daemon Weapon, it is an Unusual Power Weapon so is AP3. RAW is unclear, but I'd be inclined to use the stats for a Force Axe, with the extra attacks and drawbacks of being a Daemon Weapon.

RAW you use both, picking the better stats when you come to resolve.
