My friend who plays a Blood Raven Space Marine army wants me to create him some rules for each of the major characters from Dawn of War 1/2. Do I shall stars with Captain Thule (Dark Crusade and DoW2)

Captain Davian Thule: 185pts
WS6 BS6 S4 T4 W3 I5 A4 Ld10 Sv2+4++
Wargear: Daemonhammer, Infernus (MC Melta gun), Artificer Armour, Iron Halo, Personal Teleporter.
Personal Teleporter: Counts as a jump pack.
Special Rules: Deep Strike, Fearless, Warcry.
Warcry: Thule's legendary battlecry makes all allies within 18" fearless.
Options:
May become a Venerable Dreadnought trading all wargear for Dreadnought armour, an Assault Cannon, Power Fist with Built in Melta Gun and Smoke
Launchers...130pts

Correct me if i am wrong but to my knowledge Captain Thule does not use the Demon Hammer, that was Captain Gabriel Angelos, Thule uses a heavy bolter (game) or a power sword (i forget the name) (book)

Why the Daemonhammer, Meltagun and Teleporter? Davian Thule doesn't use any of those in the DoW2 storyline. The Venerable dreadnought option is crazily expensive too. If you're basing his loadout on Dark Crusade, don't. That just makes him ridiculously OP/ unbalanced. Where is his Heavy Bolter? He also has a bionic eye, which could be incorporated. Keep the vendred as a seperate entry maybe?

They are upgrades he can recieve during the DoW1 campaign. Thule's ranged weapon was upgraded first to a plasma pistol, then to a meltagun IIRC, and his weapon went to Power Sword, then Daemonhammer. He also had access to a teleporter backpack.

I know that. However, I think it's over the top to put it all on one character. Maybe as "Can swap boltpistol for X for X points, Y for Y points, swap CC weapon and Pistol for daemonhammer for Z points.
