I've finally read through the rules at least once and was looking at the units at the back of the book and noticed some have 2 numbers for SWC for example it seems those with a sniper rifle have '0,5'. Why is that? Which value do I use?

In Europe the symbol for the decimal point is a , instead of .
The number is just 0.5 or 1/2. Half of a SWC. Its one value.

0,5 means a half.
1,5 means one and a half.

As noted SOME European countries use a comma where we use a period to denote decimals.
Took me a while to remember it (was taught this little thing back in high school as part of German language class) - even though I'd actually used it as a kid and really confused my teachers (dad was a Euro).
