No.

Read the rules on unusual weapons and force weapons.

I disagree. P61 under power weapons it states "..if its an axe or halberd, it's a power axe." And the faq for Greys Knights says it does not get the +2 to int.

Where does it flat out say that? It says that in regards to multiple modifiers, but nowhere in the faq does it say 'no +2 to int'

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

Page 4 GK FAQ. It says if they dont get the +2 if their int is lowered. But it says treat all force weapons as unusual force. So still not sure.

Nemisis Halberds are an Unusual Force Weapon and as such are AP3 along with their normal rules. All Nemisis Weapons are AP3 except for Hammers and Doomfists.

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

I agree with grey templar after having read the rules and faq the gk keep the +2 int because the codex clearly lay out specific rules for each weapon of the nemiss class which makes them ap3 instead of the rule book profile. The rule the new force weapon however does apply to regular librarians in all space marine armys because force weapons could be whatever they want to be back in 5th ed

This is 100% right. Please people read the FAQ and see what it says about page 54.
