Ok, so, here's the two lists. They'll have the infinitely creative names of "List 1" and "List 2".

List 1:



The main thing this list has over the other is the Assault Terminators and Terminator Armour w/ Shield over the second list. It's a decent drop of Fire Power, however, but it's something that either gives me a counter punch or a good way to get a Biomancy/Telepathy Librarian up close to give hugs. The Primaris Power from Telepathy + Iron Arm? Or Endurance? Even Enfeeble would be great - S2 Eldar/Orks/Guardsmen. Wounding the Termies on 6+. Or, in Telepathy, making a Squad hit itself. Or be unable to attack back in combat until your next turn.

List 2:



This List has more firepower - 1 More Typhoon Speeder (so one more Heavy Bolter, and 2 Missile Shots), 3 Razorbacks with different weapons (Assault Cannon, Lascannon, Heavy Bolter, depended on what's in my box, which is why it's not 2x Assault Cannon or 2x Lascannon). It also has more ablative wounds for the Devastators, and is probably where the Librarian would hang out with two Telepathy Spells. Telepathy has the longest range of the Psychic Tables. The other option is Null Zone and 1 from the Telepathy Table, however, in my Meta, there isn't a lot of Invulnerable Save running armies. This list would rely more on Combat Squads chilling in the Razorbacks until it's time to go for objectives, with all of my Heavy Weapons blasting away at a 36" kill range.

Both lists will probably have the Librarian running Strategic, though I could see using Personal in the first list.

The biggest weakness in both lists, probably, will be Flying MCs/ Fliers. Unfortunately, sans the Goldfish and buying Terrain, Vanilla Marines have no anti-air capabilities until we get updated / they remember Flakk Missiles.

I'll probably try test running them both, but I'd like all ya'll opinions on what you think, and even what you would do for a Vanilla Marines list with this new addition.
