Well seeing as 6 is slaanesh’s lucky number and this now 6th ed, and with a new chaos codex out soon the prince of pain and pleasure could not have made it any clearer…….it’s time for me to redo my slaanesh army ^.^

So, I have 12 noise marines coming through from ebay (10 with blasters, 2 with blast masters), 2 packs of sonic weapons coming through from GW along with a box of noise marines (which will join the other few sonic marines I have, 2 with blasters and 1 with a blast master along with 2 noise champions) to reboot this army. Also, now that allies are in I can take my precious daemonettes again AS daemonettes (not no fleating, no rending wastes of points) , same goes for my keepers. The plan for this army is to go noise marine heavy with at least 1 slaanesh lord/sorc and 1 keeper of secrets and a unit or two of daemonettes. Support will come from termies/oblits/ soul grinders once I decide which.

For now here’s my androgynous HQ (so much so I don’t even know if he/she/it will be a lord or a sorc :?)

Nice conversion you've got there... Not to sure on the thinness of the body or the Daemonette (is it?) head, but absolutely love the base and arms! Look forwanrd to seeing this guy painted!

Well, I’ve got three more made. The corset torsos are kinda obscured by the blasters but they make the blasters look less bulky so I’m wondering if I should keep them (I’m thinking I should as it’s nice to have my chaos marines slim and tall)

I wish instant mold existed when I was working on my own noise marines!

I really like your work! You mixed the daemonette and CSM elements with so much elegance!

There's not many cool noise marines around, but yours are among them.

I like the thin waistlines. Very Slanneshi to do that kind of bodymodification. They are looking great so far.

Wasn't quite sure of the waist with the first one, though it looks sort of cool on all the others after it. Might have just been the angle of it in that case.

Keeping it safe is probably a good idea.. looking at the bikes, they suck atm and though I hope they get better.. it's not guaranteed. Bikes just seem so slaaneshy to me, zooming around the battlefield kiting. Right now I'm playing a flying circus, which has been fun and not as OP as some claim.

Are you planning on doing any fortifications? Might be a opertunity to do some cool buildings.

I've always liked bikes and if they count as icons for daemon allies then they'll be in my list ^^ as for buildings.....not really put much thought into that but I'll see if I can make some stuff

These are looking really nice I really like your lord. I've done a sorceress and some terminators for my Emperors Children so far just need to do some Noise Marines at some point. I used Dark Eldar torsos for mine, if your interested you can see them in my gallery.

Loving the lord, the thin waist fits the slaanesh theme well, can see him swaying and dodging everything looking like that! I'd say stick with the slim and tall, will look great.

As for slaanesh in sixth edition; Noise marines got alittle better. You can now snap fire sonic blasters for 3 shoots instead of 2, the noise champion is also better with his ability too kill other characters with his superior initiative and melting brains with doom siren in overwatch. Lords with blissgiver will be great for challenges too.
