If you have deamons as your parent army, then you can get 5 MC in 2000- and 10 in 2000+. I just played a game with 5 MC, Fateweaver,Bloodthrister, and 3 Princes: wings, unholy might, and iron hide. The Assualt MCs are really good, I tabled a CSM player turn 4 with this list, the MC pretty much killed everything (1776 points). Now that I think about it, shooty MC are pretty nasty also, staying in swoop and just shoot each turn, while now being able to be assualted.

Idk there are so many different way to run chaos/deamons now its crazy. I think the MC is the most promising so far (assualty MCs).

Thanks Please Comment. I personally think MC are in now, majorly.

You could even add 2 more Bloodthirsters once you break 2000 pts.

Uh guys you do know you don't need to breake 2000 points to get 2 FOC? It's up to 1999 points for ONE FOC, 2000 and 2001+ to get TWO FOC.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

Just realize, as it is currently written, you do not have to even be wounded to be grounded as a flying MC. so a lasgun that has no way of wounding you can still knock you down from the air

Yes, that is the downfall, but you can get hit 40 times by a lasgun and you still need only need 1 ground test. pretty much 1 ground test from each unit that shoots you.... so you can get ground pretty fast. That is why I am thinking assualt MC are better, just deepstrike as swooping and then kill everything as a unit of 5 MCs.
