I haven't read all the Red Scorpions fluff, so I'll ask those who knows more than me. 
What armies would Red Scorpions ally themself with, if any at all fluff wise?
If I don't remember wrong they don't want help from anything, they want to do it allby themselves.

Red Scorps are super xenophobic. I think they'd hold a grudge against any Chapter that every worked with aliens. They won't even fight alongside abhumans (ogryns, ratlings, etc). They also follow Codex Astartes fanatically so you can count out Sm chapters like SW, BT, DA, etc. They'd probably get along okay with SoB.

Fluff-wise they've worked with:
Elysians (ditched them to die)
Inquisitor Solomon Lok (ditched him to die alongside Elysians)
Most of the loyalist Chapters involved with the Badab War (includes: Raptors, Minotaurs, Carchadons, Exorcists... I forget the rest).
Who they won't work with? Mutants, Heretics, and Xenos. NEVER.
