You've got a lot of Fire Warriors and are sacrificing heavier firepower to field that many.

I would recommend getting some more Crisis teams in there. A unit with Twin-linked Missile Pods and Targeting Arrays will be great for popping transports and lightly armoured flyers, freeing up the Broadsides and Hammerheads to deal with the harder stuff.

I don't see why you have burst cannons on your commanders. In this edition a Flamer would be a better option for a third suit weapon for the D3 overwatch hits.

Also as a Shas'o hits on a 2+ I really don't think his plasma rifle needs to be twin linked. You could stick a missile pod for light transports or a fusion blaster for terminators and heavier vehicles with a hard-wired multi-tracker to increase his potential damage output.

As for your commanders bodyguards, why Burst Cannons? In this list you already have a lot of S5 AP5 shooting from the Fire Warriors which also has a longer range. I'd give those shas'vre something with a bit more bite.
