Triskeles are shooting weapons but are also power weapons in close combat. Would they follow the rules for unusual power weapons for this reason?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

No, as you would have two profiles, and the power weapon profile (for melee) would not contain any unusual special rules.

So which power weapon profile would you use, as it is not a sword, maul or lance?

Yeah, they don't fit the definition for an unusual power weapon, but its also pretty much impossible to know what they are otherwise.
So IMHO, I'd play them as unusual power weapons, which is what I'm doing with Burnas too.
