Once a vehicle is wrecked, its out of play correct? I mean a tech marine can't come along and fix it, or fix up its hull points once it has been wrecked? The tech marine rules dont say you can, but they dont say you cant either.

Once they are wrecks they are unrepairable. Warhammer is a permissive ruleset, so, if it doesn't say you can, you can't.

Thanks. Play against a guy who always tries to pull the "well it doesn't say you can't" crap. Just trying to nix any hull point repair shenanigans.

Once it's a wreck, it's a piece of Difficult + Dangerous terrain. No repairing. If you need a very clear argument for him!
