Adolescent Youth on Ultramar

Ultramar

So we're going to Warhammer World tomorrow, and I'm in charge of organising our battle. I decided I'd make my own this time, I'm tired of searching through "Battle Missions", looking for a good one. What I wanted to know is your opinions on the following mission: is it bias? etc...
Here it is:
Battle mission: The Taking of Darkhold
The desolate world of Darkhold used to be one of the imperium’s primary recruitment worlds, however, the third Tau expansion laid waste to much of its’ surface completely. Now, all that remains is its’ capital, Corinth. The planets’ imperial guard defence forces have succumbed to the false promises of chaos gods, and joined forces with a detachment of renegade space marines and the infamous Ork force: Waaaah! Skullhamma. It’s up to a detachment of the second company ultramarines to end the chaos threat before it reaches the close by forge world of Safehold.
Victory-conditions: Objectives
Number of objectives: 3
Special Rules:
Combined Assault: The sheer numbers of the defending forces is uncountable, and each army looks to their respective leader for advice. Any defending unit within 6’’ of an independent character gains the stubborn universal-special rule.
Angels of death: The ultramarines are famed for their deep-striking tactics. Any reserve and deep strike scatter dice may be re-rolled, in addition, reserves may enter play from the first turn on a roll of 6.
Vanguard: Both sides are fighting for the same vital command points. To represent this, any infantry unit can hold objectives, not just troops. (Note this rule also applies to walkers)

Ultramarine army: 5,378pts
