Hey Guys,

I searched and this doesn't seem to be covered.

If a Chariot gets assaulted and the regular dudes attack the Chariot itself, wrecking or destroying it, would the next initiative step guy be able to go into base-to-base contact with the rider?

Here's the example, 10 man tactical squad with a Fisty Sarg assaults.

The 9 dudes go first, using Krak grenades, one lucky guy gets a "6" to pen and "6" on the chart. The chariot goes down. The Overlord then kills some dudes with his Warscythe (as he piles in on his initiative step), then fisty sarg piles in and smacks the overlord?

All over

I guess so? Why not just attack the overlord directly?

The Chariot's easier to kill, and stops the Lord from scooting away.
