Shooty vs Assualt for the Deamon Circus DP's?

ATM, IMO assualt DPs with the something like this is a effective setup.

MOT for +4 Invulerable save
Soul Devourer for +2 strength
Breath of Chaos- Nasty....
Deamonic Flight

I believe its 205 points... for tactics I would just deepstrike in swooping form, and 2d6 run all the MCs to fateweaver. Next movement phase switch all the MCs, but fateweaver, to gliding and assualt/flame and vector strike if possible in gliding (Not Sure if I can do that). Fateweaver stays close while swooping above everyone....

For Shooty princes it seem like:

MOT
Soul Devourer
Deamoic flight
Bolt
Maybe gaze or breath....

This run a little more expensive.....

Why would you sacrifice AP2 for AP4?
Personally I can't get enough Bolts. Breath of Chaos is too expensive considering you should have plenty of Flamers anyway.

Oh, does a power maul give you AP 4??
If so, forget it, ill either get nothing or unholy might If I have a lot of extra points...
