If I tried to sell it would anyone want it? It is in near mint condition. Is there a market on ebay for them or should I wait ten years

A few months back I bought a near-mint 4th edition rule book. It was $5.00.

If its the hard cover you will be able to sell it for < $10 in a few years. If its the small soft cover toss it in the trash.

=/ If you ever got together a complete set of rulebooks for the game then you'd make some money on it, but unfortunately its a commodity now that's lost its demand (hmn, like oranges...). There's some nice art in there that could be used for pictures or what not, and it may be of use for those not wanting to learn the new rules. I'd say keep it for nostalgia, and perhaps use the scenarios every now and then. =P

You're talking hypothetical. Let's say that I had a copy of every rules edition from rogue trader up until now. How much would you, personally pay me to get it?

$20? $50? $100?

We're talking about a collection that costs over $500 in real dollars. Would you be willing to cut me a check for that much for some old rule books?

Really?

Actually?

I doubt there is much demand for anything after 3rd.

There are plenty of negative nancy's poo pooing 6th edition rules. Maybe they have friends that need a book?

How much do you think the .pdf is worth?

Rogue Trader rules are worth a bit due to their age, and 2nd ed codices can end up going up as high as $15. Anything more recent than that is valuable only as a curiosity or for the pictures and scenarios. I'm not going to throw out my 3rd or 5th ed rulebooks, but I'll hold onto them so I can browse through them for nostalgia's sake once in a while. I wouldn't expect to get anything for it really.

Throw it on Ebay and see. I'm sure there is a collector out there looking for a mint copy. Don't know what ya can get but you can see what is offered. Hope this helps and I know there are some other sites you could try also.
