Before the rulebook came out I read from certain rumours that allies couldn't take named characters. Is this still the case? I can't seem to find where it says that in the book.

I want Coteaz so I can have henchman as troops and not have to take Grey Knights.

There are no restrictions on what units you can choose for allied detachment.
Allied detachment Force org chart is bit thin though (1 HQ, 1-2 Troops, 0-1 Elite, 0-1 FA, 0-1 HS)
