I'm not, but then again i'm a sane person

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Excerpt from "Seeress of Kell", Book Five of The Malloreon series by David Eddings.

I can see where this is likely going.

I've had a number of 40k dreams, and only one came close to a nightmare. In it, I was a Terminator in a Space Hulk and a Genestealer was running at me down a dark metal corridor. I shot at it then ran out of ammo or jammed and it was about to kill me when a huge peel of thunder cracked outside and woke me up. Most other 40k dreams I've had are of me actually playing the game, and tend to be pretty pleasant or funny.

Wasn't a nightmare but it involved my troops (the tiny figures) moving about on their own accord.

I was playing a game (in the dream), where i can't remember the area surrounding the board,it was blurry and dark, and i think i was against some sort of space marines with my IG. anyways at one point i hear a snaping sound and look donw to see a bunch of guardsmen without bases shooting the plastic space marines and soon a little Leman Russ blew up a rhino, i was utterly confused but wanted to keep watching but soon i fell asleep in a sense as i could not keep my eyes open (in the dream) then i woke up shortly after.

It was really strange and i can't explain how it manifested.

It reminded me of some movie i saw long time ago called "indian in the cupboard" or something where a small model Indian is brought to life (along with other models, including a coyboy and a WW2 american medic) with a magic cupboard. kids movie, it was years ago... but it would be interesting if the 40k models came to life (along with their machines, i remember the coyboys revolvers worked like their full sized counterparts, so why not fully functional lasguns and other weapons) it could be dangerous if the tiny troopers did not get the idea this giant (you) were not in charge, but it would be cool.

not a nightmare but it was bizzare at least for me.

You know how in dreams you sometimes JUST KNOW something is going to happen? Well in my dream I suddenly just knew a hormogaunt was sneaking up behind me, so I spun and threw a punch at that sucker. A split second later I realized I actually WAS throwing a punch in my sleep, so I tried to pull it. It semi-worked, but still ended up smacking my wife on the side of her head with my forearm.

I once dreamt I was captured by DE. I can't remember it well, but I'm pretty sure I escaped or the dream ended before any torture began.

Last night I dreamt I was costumed as a techpriest, taking part in some weird 40k-themed street parade. Most of my friends, even my non gaming ones, were there dressed as astropaths, commissars, a genestealer (?) and inquisitors, and their costumes, as well as mine, were hilariously cheap and poorly made,

The star of the parade was a float in the shape of a Warlord Titan.

Again, weird.

And I thought mine with a Tyranid mycetic spore landing on my garage was weird. It was filled with Termagants. It ended badly.

It was more like a good dream. In it I invented a gaming table, that had a panel on which you set your models. The table then put out holigraphs. It had an imput keypad. So you could type in dice rolls. It also had a mechanism where you touched the holographic model and drew a line where you want to move, and it would display the exact distance and they would move on their own. You saw actual fighting a gunshots. And when a model died it would actually die, and you removed it from the panel.
