Does DESTROYER LODS may take crypteks?

I don't have access to FAQ from here (damn firewall) and I'm hoping they allowed the access to Royal Courts for Destroyer Lords too. May someone of you confirme me if YES or NO?

Dlords are the social pariah/neckbeards of necron society.

Well, it is a matter of rules, as DLs do not have a rule allowing you access to a court. But it is a rule at least in part based on representing the fluff.
