I feel like this is a unique power weapon. Spear of Vulcan is a master crafted relic blade. Relic blade is a power weapon that resolves hits at str 6 and can't gain an extra attack from an additional CCW(basically the Specialist Weapon rule). So it's master crafted and has a str modifier, making it an unique power weapon. Or am I wrong and it's actually a master crafted power lance(since it's a spear) that resolves hits at str 6? I mean, technically, it doesn't have any really unique rules, just USRs. To me it seems like a unique power weapon but not sure what to think.

Relic Blades are unique power weapons since they add +2 S and are two handed, the 6th change just made them ap 3. Vulkan's is merely a master crafted version of this.

Wrong, they hit at Strength 6 and can never claim the bonus attack for having two weapons.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

They are still unique weapons for one of hte reasons you listed. Striking at Str 6 is enough to make them unusual. Two-handed is debatable. Some say yes, some say no.

In either case Vulkan just got nerfed as a terminator killer. He was a perfect IC to attach a set of TH/SS Termies and a land raider. The extra 25mm space going to a libby to cast Null Zone. I've been able to kill of entire Draigo-wing units with this combination, but no more.
Now it seams more useful to put Vulkan in a Tac Squad to provide some nice pain against MEQ holding the objectives (and issue challenge to the odd PF SGT...Vulkan should be able to kill him before the Sgt ever swings), and maybe take Lysander as the 2nd HQ with the Termies so he can issue challenges or break off and use his S10 hammer to go tank hunting.
