At the beginning of this year i made a subscription to WD and have consistently gotten my issues late. I was just wondering if this is a common issue that people have with WD or is it just that somehow they have my info messed up over there?

BTW 6th edition is awesome.

As I understand it, due to GW's privacy policy, issues of WD meant for subscribers aren't sent out until after its release in stores to prevent anyone posting spoilers online about the magazine's contents

I wish this wasn't true, but it unfortunately is. WD subscribers get a discount to the year's subscription and access to the yearly subscription-only models, and that's about it.

I subscribed back in 2010 via a quarterly subscription and didn't even receive the bloody model!

You need to pay separately for it; did you? If so then phone them up and bitch about it!
