Subject: Video Battle Report - Necrons vs. Space Wolves
General Chaos here with another Video Battle Report. This was a 1850 point game between my Necrons and Jon's Space Wolves. I was revisiting the Destroyer Wing to see how it stands up in the 6th edition and the results are promising. There are couple things going for this list now in 6th edition. Preferred enemy now lets your re-roll ones in the Assault phase and the Shooting phase for both to hit and to wound. This makes Destroyers really good at taking down MEQ. Necrons warriors are the ultimate anti-tank units now. Destroyer Lords can join a unit and pass on the preferred enemy rule to the whole unit. Add in the Triarch stalkers targeting array and you can put down some serious firepower. Here are the lists we used. One mistake right off the bat was the Space Wolf Rune Priest took powers from the wrong discipline but it wasn't game changing. Here are the lists we used and the link below. Thanks for watching.

I'm still learning the new rules so please forgive me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Space Wolf player have 8 units of troops? Dedicated vehicles now take up a slot in the force organizer chart depending on the unit that's riding it.

I don't have the book with me at the moment but I'm pretty sure I read the opposite. A change like that would have been noticed and wailed about incessantly following the release of the book.
