I was wondering what the general opinion would be toward making Rapier Strike usable against any character? Essentially he would be an I10 with 1-4 power sword attack, making him decent in a challenge, but still only a 1 wound model. As it stands a BHC can only make a single attack against any regular character due to Sword Storm. I'm looking at this both as a fluff and strategic stand points, why would he be allowed to do so well against an IC, but not against a sgt who he has singled out? Your thoughts and opinions are most welcomed!

Just challenge the Sergeant if that's the result you want.

Sgt isn't an IC so you can't use Rapier Strike, thus this topic.
