I've just read through the rules for The Death Korps in Imperial armour 5...and allot of it makes no sense...it refers to rules that don't exist and bits from the old guard book...

Anyone know of any FAQ's etc for them?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong section, looked to be about right for what I'm asking)

There was an entire "siege regiment army list" for 5th edition that completely brought the death korps up to date, but since 6th came out forge world has removed all their lists from the PDF page. My brother plays death korps and fortunately printed it out. Id say google warhammer siege regiment army list and see what comes up.

Here it is: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Downloads/Product/PDF/k/kreig.pdf

There was an update for 5th edition which is no longer up (PM me if you want me to e-mail the file). As of yet there is no 6th edition update.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Forgeworld have stated that they are working on some pretty comprehensive 6th edition updates for their rules, but exactly when that will occur (beyond what they've posted already) and what that will entail exactly is anyone's guess.

Although I have heard some rumblings that these updates will be coming sooner rather than later...

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

Just how unplayable are they with 6th edition rules?

Just scanned over the pdf for 5th...that should still be playable for 6th...at least until the 6th edition faq/pdf comes out

They aren't unplayable at all as most of the units are variants of the Imperial Guard units. The only issue is what hull points some of the vehicles have (which for the most part wouldn't be too difficult).

The Apocalypse stuff has the apocalypse rules...while the russ variants would have the same as the standard ones...the others would be the difficult bit...
