IDK, they look like they might just be greater deamons, not the big 4. I couldn't even point out the nurgle representation in that, but it is nice artwork.

He's the one with the two pronged tongue sticking out in the blacker area, the tongue goes a bit into the red so you can see it better.

Who's the one with all of the eyes? Tzeentch?

I think the blue one with the forked tongue is more for tzeentch, not nurgle. It looks not unlike the fateweaver while having none of the distinguishing marks usually attributed to nurgle.

You mean besides being dark, pustule, and looking bad?

The tzeentchian one is the giant birdish jaw in the blue area since each area has a color attributed, pink slaanesh, red khorne, black/darkgreen nurgle, blue tzeentch.

The blue one is the giant birdish jaw. That is tzeentch. It is coming out of the center of the banner.

To the left of that is a red/purple/blue mess with circles in it. I guess those could be the pustules for nurgle but I really see nothing in that area to indicate a body of anything.
