Condition:
For the plastics, I need them complete and on the sprue. Out of box is fine but it all has to be there. No paint, no assembly. I don't need the decal sheets, I have plenty.
For the Forge World items, I'd prefer them to be bare resin, but if things like door sets are primed and pics are supplied, there shouldn't be an issue.

Prices: For plastics I won't pay more than 35% off, as I can already buy them brand new for 30% off with $6 flat rate shipping. I realize most people want more for their models, but low prices are out there. My target seller is someone who just wants the models gone.
For resin, I'll pay roughly the current exchange rate, minus a bit if they are not in mint condition. The exception here is the Iron armor marines. I can get a set for $26 plus shipping, so that is pretty much as high as I'll go on those.
