Hi, just writing a list at >2000 pts (Crons & Tau: Mobile gunline) when I wondered if the >2000 FOC thing doubles your detatchment of allies. Forgive me if this is blatently obvious in the BGB, I don't have it on me right now

It is blatently obvious in the rulebook.
You get an allied detachment and fort slot for each primary detachment.

Kinda.
You gain 1 detachment of allies for each primary detachment FOC.
1 normal FOC = up to 1 ally detachment
2 normal FOC = up to 2 ally detachments

Both allied detachments need to be from the same codex.

Everything that you can, and must take at 1000, is doubled at 2000.
