Hello everyone,

My name is Jesse from The Stomping Grounds games and hobbies. We are located just north of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and we are hosting a larger 40k tournament for all those interested on August 11th. We are going to do a 2000 point tournament that will allow allies and double FOC. Fortifications will be permitted in the line of Bastions or Defense lines only. Rules for fortifications are simple, must be placed wholly in your deployment zone and more then 1 inch from terrain objective to table edges, and cannot move preset terrain.

We can hold a maximum of 36 but we are looking for around 32 players, If we have more then 24 players it will be a four round tournament. Rounds will be 2.5 hours long to allow for complete games in the new edition. Entry fee will be $25 per person and that will include catered lunch. Lunch will be served after the first round.
Time frame:
8-9am registration
9-915 Announcements/Pairings
9:20 Dice roll - 2.5 hour rounds

If we hit our number of 32 the prize pool will be
$200 Dollar store credit for first place
$100 Store Credit for Second Place
$75 for Third

We will do two drawings of $50 Store credit for participants during the 4th round of the tournament. Please have lists in by day of tournament and painting is required, three color minimum based

Hey guys we are getting closer to the day and still have open spots. There has been a larger then expected request from the community to lift painting as a lot of people have started new armies.
