I have built this board up for my local gaming show going to be doing a paradrop display game on it. It's the first bit of FOW terrain I've made , thought it would be a good project to learn some new skills. It's 6x6 at the moment but will be 8x 6 when done.

That's some awesome terrain! You're off to a great start and that will be even more awesome when you get it to 8x6 size! I especially like the road network you've got running through it. Roads seem to be something that are often lacking on tables, and they can make a big difference with vehicles and can often make soft-skinned transports a lot more viable.

This board looks amazing! I wish my terrain skills were even close to yours. Good job!

Are you sure this is the first FoW terrain you've done? Kudo's to you for it either way. It looks great

Just my 2 cents

Cheers guys. The roads are just railway ballast I just markerd out the network by pen and then glue it down. The bocage and hedges were made using the terrain guys tutorial videos. Then it's just a matter of flocking, adding buildings and fences etc.

Only problem is storage. After the show it will be sold to make room. But I may do another one for next year maybe eastern front or Italy.
