Sitting on the roof of my house with a shotgun, and a six pack of beers

Hi All

We're running a killteam tournament at my local club, and it was decided to use the 5th edition rules as we did not wish to force people to go by the new rules straight away and in adddition were not sure how the 6th would impact Kill teams.

Unfortunaltly I was not organised enough to print off all the Errata for the codex's before GW replaced them all with the ones for 6th.

So I am appealing to my fellow Dakkanaughts for asssistance, I have the ones for the main rule book and for the imperial guard but if any of you have any of the others or know of a site I can download them all it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
Spank

Have you tried sending them an email? They've probably got them around somewhere.

Unless GW does what it does with everything else they aren't selling, and destroy them.
(EVIDENCE: When dreadfleet didn't become the hit they expected, they destroyed several batches. They never keep any of the old codexes [I've asked at my FLGS]. The "specialist" games get treated like they don't exist, despite their overall popularity.)

If you can't get hold of a proper copy - remember that you can pick out and ignore the 6th edition changes in the current FAQs as the latest changes are all in pink. It won't be 100% correct, but it might have to do.

Thanks Guys

I can't imagine that GW would keep a copy, fairly sure they will have chucked them to make it more difficult for anyone to play anything other than 6th, it just make business sense.

Problem with using the 6th copies and ignoring the pink is if the pink has replaced an earleir change.

Well, if it's not an official GW event (which you said your club was running, so I'm sure it's not) you could always use the INAT FAQ instead?

It's common practice for businesses to get rid of things they no longer sell/need. GW are no different.

I have to admitt I was not aware such a thing existed, just googled it a printed it. It will definatley be a back up plan, but I know some jobs worth will complain if i don't have the official FAQ's.

Probably work

Here's my latest copy of the 5th edition FAQs. I can't guarantee they're all up to date as of the end of 5th, but hopefully they'll cause more good than harm.

Actually, looking at some of them, they're quite old. Let me see if I have newer copies.

One could claim the GW ones are outdated and no longer official
