So, I am sure many people have already discussed broken lists by abusing the allies system, and I am sure some people have written, used, and seen the effectiveness of using allies to make a broken list. Those people are bad people, they also aren't the topic of this thread.

So, what are some fun lists or fluffy lists that can be made using the allies list? A few I already have considered

Renegade Psyker Summoning Daemons (Daemons with IG Allies)
Greater Daemon and/or Herald
Lots of Lesser Daemons

Primaris Psyker (Possessed Unsanctioned Psyker)
Penal Legionnaires (Mutated Humans)
Rough Riders and/or Ogryn (Heavily Mutated Humans)

Sanguine Death Wing (Blood Angels with Dark Angels Allies or Dark Angels with Blood Angels Allies)
Belial
Several Squads of Deathwing Terminators

Dante
Several Squads of Sanguinary Guard
2+ saves all around, with a mixture of fast and slow infantry

Actually planning on doing the first, gonna convert the psyker, giving him horns and other mutations, thinking of mono Slaanesh allies.

I haven't settled on a race yet, but I'm thinking my Ork army's allies will be whatever army orkified. Looted vehicles, uparmored boyz to represent power armor, or what have you. I may go with Tau as I already have a looted Hammerhead to represent my Boomwagon. Add some grots with pulse rifles to represent Fire Warriors, and a boss who has retrofitted a Crisis Suit into flying Mega Armor. Maybe some nobz in Krisiz Suits as well.

I also intend to add Dark Angels to my Guard when the starter box comes out, but that's not exactly a revolutionary idea. I just would like to run some Deathwing without investing in a whole new army.

I'm making a Blood Angels/Necrons list to represent the Gehenna Campaign. I'm going to try and convert myself a version of The Silent King to add to the fluff with dead tyranids on the bases.

Blood Angels (Lamenters)
Orks or Eldar (pirates hired)

The best part is that if they roll a 1 and get neutralized for a turn, you can say that they're too busy fist-bumping to fight. You should make a large-based piece with a marine brofisting a warrior, and you can put it next to a unit as a token to show it's out of commission for a turn.

DA are fun if you want to add Terminators. Belial and a DW Terminator Squad fulfill the requirement for 1 HQ and 1 Troop.

Eldar corsairs+Yriel ( i know, Yriel actually being able to lead his own army.... )

Finally being able to put my templars and DIY chapter together is so much fun.

Also doing CSM and IG should be fun. Still having lesser demons makes it a full chaos force

One a friend suggested which I wish I could do later on is catachan and kroot mercenaries. It looks awesome in my mind.

My brother has Tau and I have Dark Eldar - I'm hoping to ally them for a game soon, as it sounds quite fun (obviously my DE will enslave them all afterwards).

I am going to run Crons + Tau to represent a small tau force trying to occupy a Tomb World, then joining the Crons when they wake up
