You can use Psychic powers in your opponents turn as long as you have the appropriate amount of warp charge and the power you are using does not have to be cast at a specific time like a psychic shooting attack.

Witchfire powers can not be used to Overwatch with as they are only able to used in the Shooting phase.

Yes you can use your force weapon in the opponents turn as long as you have the appropriate amount of warp charge from the previous turn.

I think that warpcharge thing is wrong....

Please explain. At the start of each turn (player turn, as it does not specify game turn), you get a number of warp charges equal to your Mastery level. Some psychic powers specify when they can be used (i.e. Witchfire or Malediction). Others have no such limit (such as Force Weapons and some codex PSAs).

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

I think each turn means each player's turn.

So my librarian make warpcharge in my turn-> dissapear in my turn's end -> regenerate warpcharge in my opponent's turn

Yes, this person is wrong, you generate warp charge for your psykers in each player's turn and they only last for that player turn, they do not carry over, for example, from your turn to your opponents.

The people who answer rules queries at GW aren't really that great a source of rulings, they are just people like you or me looking at their books and trying to figure out how to handle it.

You are better off asking on a forum like DakkaDakka and getting more peoples opinions.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).
