So, between the KoW kickstarter and the arrival of my Dark-Age Dragyri, I was wondering which Hordes army would work for me.
So here's what I could thell you :
I played Protectorate of Menoth, but ain't seeking its equivalent
I played eKreoss with many exemplars
I like fearless units/characters
I like units/characters/warbeast and warjacks that can deal a good damage output
I like units/characters/warbeast and warjacks with either a high defense or armor or both (capable of being hit without dying instantly).

After looking at the different factions, I thought it was tied down between Skorne (Xerxis) and Circle Orboros (Kromac).

What do you think about it ? I'm more looking toward a 15 pts start (I like small casual games).

You definitely described more of a Skorne army than circle imo. However there is a bit of overlap in skorne and menoth in some respects. Beast handlers = choir pretty much. Friendly soul tokens like reclaimer lists. You'll definitely notice a huge difference in infantry though.

I would check out Trolls. High armor, high hitting power with a good mix of Beast and troop support.

Circle is good at being hard to hit, but mostly rely on speed to be where they need to be to murder what needs murdered. Especially with Kromac they have a lot of good mobility tricks. The infantry is a little weak save for the FemTharn, but the beasts are really great at what they do. What they don't do though is tank very well.
Also, 15 points is low for Kromac. He seems to shine a bit closer to 35 I think since he needs beasts to do things.

Skorne is pretty sweet with lots of tricks, and some strange interactions. They also suffer from "skornegy" where lots of models' rules step on other models' toes. That can make things a little frustrating when list building, as what's cool and what works together sometimes are at odds in strange ways.
I also think Skorne is a little slow, but then I am used to Circle being half way across the board turn 1, so...

I play trolls and agree with this.

Current Armies: Chaos Space Marines(Building), Orks(Completed), Vanilla Marines(Near Completion), Trollbloods(Completed), Axony (Building)
