are you planning to combat squad the 10 man purifiers? thats what I would do, and i would put the 4 psycannons together in cover, with the other unit ready to assault from the stormraven. if you do plan to do that, then you can probably drop one of the halberds, and leave the psycannon guys with just a regular sword, you dont want them in combat. i would probably replace two of the razorbacks with rhinos so that the two 5 man squads can utilize their psycannons while in it, but thats just my preference. you want to stay away from TH/SS termies, those will be the death of you. but with so many psycannons, you ought to be able to drown them with shots once they get within 24 inches of you. i would just say to be wary when using this list, you dont want to overextend yourself. purifiers are good, but if you use them as shock troops, they will die. especially if you combat squad the 10 man squads. if you dont though, you're essentially wasting all those psycannons.
Regarding changes: I would make the storm ravens more anti-armor. you have plenty of anti infantry shots already, and its much cheaper if you take off the storm bolters and psybolt ammo, and replace the assault cannon with a lascannon. if you dont want to do that, then commit to being anti infantry and keep the heavy bolters. dont go for a mix though, that lessens its effectiveness. I would also consider dropping the inquisitors for 2 psyfleman dreads. those things are just as useful in 6th ed, with the ability to glace most vehicles to death fairly easily.
Alternately, you would have the points for 1 dread if you just remove the psybolt ammo and hurricane bolters from your stormravens.
