Finally after a few long months of quiet, Conquest Games is finalizing their Norman Infantry plastic box set to complement their cavalry

Not too much is known though, just the box art and the assembled models

28th June 2012 - Here is the art for our new box set of 28mm hard plastic Norman Infantry. We should be doing final proofing of the sprues in a couple of weeks time and then, barring any unforseen issues, we should be able to get them up for pre-orders about a week before release date. Watch this space for the announcement of pre-ordering and shots of the miniatures.

12 July 2012 - A sneak preview of what you will find in the new box of Norman Infantry

Not as nice as their Cavalry I will admit, but still some solid miniatures. I may use this to convert for my Militant Orders army.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

they are still finalizing the package for the footmen, but the knights are going for 20 GBP for a box of 15.

The infantry guys are coming around the end of july by word of the website.

Good deal, all around. I need me a few for some town watch/ random fighters. I'd like to see them stacked up alongside Warlord, or others of the same range.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Hey guys,

Anyone who has their mitts on one of these boxes know what the best shield transfers are to get?

I have read that LBM Crusader transfers fit the conquest knights' shileds, but not sure about the infantry. Also, LBM do two Crusader designs, those for rimmed shields and those for without. The Conquest infantry look to have rimmed kite shields, yes?

Cheers!
