Bit of an odd idea, do you think a cron army without vehicles or canoptek units could be feasible? Trying to be as shooty as possible!

180-Necron Overlord: Warscythe, Mindshackle Scarabs, Sempiternal Weave, Tesseract Labyrinth, Resurrection Orb
135-Royal Court: 2 Crypteks with Abyssal Staff, 3 Crypteks with Voltaic Staff
152-Deathmarks (8)
133-Deathmarks (7)
260-Necron Warriors (20)
170-Necron Immortals (10)
170-Necron Immortals (10)
170-Necron Immortals (10)
170-Necron Immortals (10): Tesla Carbines
100-Tomb Blades (5)
180-Necron Destroyers (4): 1 Heavy Destroyer
180-Necron Destroyers (4): 1 Heavy Destroyer

2000

Abyss Crypteks go with the deathmarks to cause all sorts of problems against units I think that may be a problem. Rest of cypteks hang out with the gauss Immortals. This list is lacking on "definite" anti tank, hoping for gauss to glance most things down to size. Lord is with the warrior blob to keep them up and running. Tesla Immortals and Blades are anti infantry duty, the blades especially will be good to go around the sides to pick out key targets. Destroyers add in some heavier gun support

Not really had chance to really map out this army in my head, but my gut says having 0 countercharge units and only 1 unit with any real mobility is going to cause you massive issues down the line. You dig?

Yea, the assault phase is really gonna hurt. Though the non canoptek assault units I really dont like, even with the 6th buffs. Canoptek assault units would always be a better choice imo, so perhaps this altered list with canoptek units would have a better chance at surviving assaults

180-Necron Overlord: Warscythe, Mindshackle Scarabs, Sempiternal Weave, Tesseract Labyrinth, Resurrection Orb

That looks a lot more robust and if you like rolling a lot of dice you're going to love playing it.
Couple of minor considerations/changes you might want to make based on your playstyle...
...the 2 casters on the wraiths do nothing, they aren't going to ever be a factor that wins you combat.
...playtest the Tesseract labyrinth, but its rarely going to pay for its self (remember you give up your scythe attacks the turn you use it)
...your 3 stormteks, I dont know how often their going to have chance to get at juicy vehicles.Their range and the amount of gauss you have makes them somewhat redundant?
I love the D-lord and preferred enemy buffing the unit he is with now. If you're using him and the wraiths for counter charge make sure you are switching the squad he is with every turn to buff your shooting right up until the point you assault...
In fact, if you are using your canoptek purely for countercharge have you considered spyders instead of wraiths? They have junk mobility but they are super solid in combat, can bump up your scarabs, can give you a gloom prism (pretty handy these days) and based on your super shooty 24" list can be given the twinlinked particle beamers, giving you some blasts to punish opponents clumping which you can't do with this list otherwise.
Food for thought.
