List comes in 1500 points and 1999 format.

This list sports a ton of synergy with its units. The Spyders support the Ghost Arks with healing and provide psyker defense for the units inside. The units inside the Ghost Arks are designed for snap fire defense with a Lord who can soak some damage as well as Look Out Sir! damage to Spyders (who will be close). There are scarabs and wraiths for screening melee. At higher points we add a suicide Deathmark squad with VoD to take out critical threats as well as 2x Nightscythes with troops in them to essentially zip onto the board and claim objectives or get in the face of vehicles and blow them up. The annihilation barges are there as added AA/horde fire support as well as to put some more TL Tesla weapons on the board.

I may tweak the Necron Overlords a bit to beef them up with Phase Shifter. The option for a Gauntlet of Fire is purely a personal choice. They would do just as well with a Warsycthe, or even a Staff of Light.

The hope is that if your opponent manages to crack the Ghost Ark, you have already damaged it enough to basically mop up the remaining assaulters and protecting your Overlord/Squad with 2+ and LOS!
