Here is a nominal list I've been toying with to play in tournaments. Note, it's not an optomized list but if you want to play the two together this is the direction I'd go in. Combine the devistating guard shooting, with the cheap resiliant troops that SW provides that also add in a little CC counter punch (no you aren't going to beat up terminators, but you can punch a lot of things supprisingly well). And, it abuses allies auras, which is always nice.
HQ
Lord Commisar /w Fist (Yes his aura does effect the wolves. Hence no need for the LD boosting wolfguard for your grey hunters)
Rune Priest /w Divination and Biomancy (Take the basic Divination and it effectivly replaces orders from a CCS, Biomancy so if you get lucky you will have a CC character, if not, well just cast Divination and be better than a wolf banner. Oh and best physic defense in the game right now. Just don't put him in the same unit as the commisar)
Elite:
Dread /w 2xTLAC (No wolf guard required so you can fill this slot with a dread)
Troops
10 Veterans /w 3xMelta, Chimera ML/HF (Standard guard stuff, no supprise here)
10 Veterans /w 3xMelta, Chimera ML/HF
10 Veterans /w 3xMelta, Chimera ML/HF
10 Grey Hunters /w flamer, melta, Mark of the Wulfin, Rhino (I wouldn't waste time with a fist, thats what the lord commiar is for)

Your AA comes from 3xVendetta, a dread, and anything the rune priest wants to TL (long fangs). AV14 can be dealt with by manticores and meltas. You have 5 scoring units which is enough, but don't go throwing them away. It's got enough all around shooting that their really isn't any single thing they can't deal with.
Other things you could do is drop the long fangs and dread and make the runepriest a TWC lord and some wolf buddies...thats allways fun to do. I like the idea of bringing Njal, but I know he's too pricy for a lot of folks. My current thoughts are towards getting more boots on the ground, so maybe an infantry platoon on foot over the dread/fangs, or even drop some vets and start spamming infantry platoon chimeras(not a fan of that btw, but to each their own). Also a priest /w Evicerator or two would be cool for this list to give you a little more CC punch and some rerolls (again don't pretend you can take on terminators but other troops are fair game). I think 2 manticores are enough for all but the most spammy mech lists, Vendettas will kill what they don't. But a lot of people like three...so season to taste.
Stop trying to 'break the game' using a bunch of tricks. Build solid lists that have the tools to take on anything and just outplay your opponent.

Grey hunters dont combat squad. Automatically Appended Next Post: Just seems to lack focus. It seems like you heard a list of things that were good in both codexes and just squished them together.

durp-der-derp...yea your right on the combat squad. Good thing I never bothered to do it anyways.
Doesn't matter still leave them as is, they do their job just the same as a single large unit.

You can if you want. But frankly rerolling all to-hit rolls using the default divination spell is better overall. Their is plenty of wiggle room in the list.

Standard is ALL rolls of 1. Saves, motw, etc. Automatically Appended Next Post: Divination only works on one target anyways and can be shut down by runes or sitw. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, it's the second best psy defense in the game. Best is still RoW.

True, again add them if you want. Nothing wrong with that at all. I just had a hard time finding points in this itteration, but it's not out of the relm of possiblity.

True, but it's a good thing most of the army is BS4 and has enough shots that it's not devistating if you don't get it off. It's not like an IG platoon where you have to TL shots in order for the unit to just plain function.
Also, it's the second best psy defense in the game. Best is still RoW.

It is hardly OP or even that far from the fluff. SW work with IG all the time.

How does the rune priest travel?
You are getting something from SW allies but in your list it is slightly limited. For example, you have good heavy options yourself and another tank would fit the list better than some troops, I know longfangs are awesome but still.
