Hey all, the name's Andrew from Kansas here in the U.S.
I'm completely new at this whole warhammer 40k thing but my brother is getting into it so I decided to check it out and at first it was going to just be a painting hobby but now it's kind of evolved to desiring to play.
Am I needing the 6th edition rulebook or is it not that much different from 5th ed.? and any places other then local shop goers, ebay, or craigslist a good place to search for used deals or poor quality mini's to at least get at least a start on painting and reading through the rule book?

You will need 6th edition to play. It's not hugely different in some areas but massively different in other areas...
