How would I go about setting up a GK Army (Prefer pure) to go against horde armies such as IG, Orks, and Tyranids? Any strategies when going against them?

Purifiers. Cleansing Flame is the counter to horde armies. and the purifiers themselves can handle anything that isn't wearing 2+ armor.

Land Raider Crusaders with Psybolt will dump a lot of relatively high strength shots against infantry. Heavy Incinerator dreadknights might also make short work of them. Be sure to take Divination or some other similar powers that can help out on the offense

Purifiers (for that flame with all the hits) Halberds for the higher initiative hits, psy-bolt ammunition for the +1 strength stormbolter hits.

Templates needed, Orbital strikes may be helpful.

Dreadnaughts with the psi-bolt ammo and autocannons (4 hits S8 with re-rolls) may help thin the crowd.

Dreadnight (sp?) has a few templates to choose from but is a wee bit expensive.

The teleporting grey knights with flamers and halberds do I fine job of blasting the enemy where you need it.

Well a psyback would cost 5 pts less than that rhino and have more accurate, higher strength, lower AP and greater range shooting.
