Sigma Tertius 88th Heavy Infantry Regiment.

Here is my latest army creation, the Sigma Tertius 88th, and whilst I have designed it as more a fluff-filled list, constructive criticism is of course welcome. I also haven't been able to read the details of the 6th edition rule book so I am not sure how this list would hold up. Also, the list comes out at 1 point over 1250, I'm not sure if most people would find this an issue?
