Hey guys, so I recently decided that my current Marshall didn't look the part, so I took on the task of converting one and making him more unique.

Here's what I ended up with:

I used Kor'sarro Khan as the base of the model, keeping the legs, arms and cape. I then but the torso in half and put in a plastic BT chest plate. I also removed all White Scars Iconography, replacing the bolt pistol with a BT one and removing the skull from the Kor'sarro Khan model, and replacing it with some BT bitz. I then took the sword and backpack from High Marshall Helbrecht, and used them on the model. Finally I took a BT helm.

Hope you like him!

He certainly looks the part. Nice bit of kitbashing, there. Definitely show us the results once you finish painting him up!
