Been Around the Block




Hi all,
Just started back getting into 40k after a long time away. Here is the 1st piece that I've painted since coming back.









Next project is the Forge World BloodThirster, but it's fighting me as I'm doing alot of fileing, cutting in order to get the part to fit :(

I really, really like it!

One thing I can't help but point out though is the green rim around the base. Green isn't a colour that is present anywhere else on the model, and as such tends to jar a little bit and distracts from the quality paint-job.

But green is on 90% of the time on the boards that I play on

I'll brown the rim.

Yes a black rim would complete the model. Otherwise, really good.
