Does anyone know of a company that makes GOOD trees, mainly Evergreen type, that wouldn't look out of place on a 40K board?

Around Christmas time you will find a ton of great trees at Michael's in the display sections.

I use the OOP Baobab trees (ca 30cm high, blocks LOS!) by Schleich, you may still find them in some stores or ebay:



Schleich also sells Acacias and a cactus:

I get various trees off ebay ....just make sure to check the size.

The hint on surplus Christmas decoration trees is a good one...heck, I have even used the "snow" ones..and just painted them green with spray paint.

At Xmas time I get them at the dollar store. Usually 2 trees for a buck (not a bad deal).

I get a weird look when I leave with 10 packs of trees...

I found that making your own trees are much cheaper and they produce more realistic results (although it will require time on your part).
