Fantastic sculpting, as mentioned. Everything works, from the Giger-esque inset ribbing to the disturbing, eyeless face (especially coupled with the shapely body). The silky smooth skin and glossed clothing really compliment the sculpt, too, making for an awesome final result.

I definitely disagree with DPBellathrom about the feet - I think the small, rounded, cloven hooves fit the feel perfectly, emulating the small arched feet of the classic pinup girl, while remaining a distinctly inhuman element. Sure, big honking horse hooves might have worked, too, but these toe the line (sorry, I had to ) a bit more closely, I'd argue to the piece's benefit.
