you cannot do this as the Painboy has his own weapons and cannot take wargearother than the bike. you could use the logic that this is 3 Nobz + 1 Painboy = 4 Bikers, but that would cost either 25 or 45 more points (depending on which logic you use for the Painboy, add-on or upgrade).

other than the above,
IMO SAG Meks are bes with an artillery battery. Kannons with ammo runts and extra crew, you can get a reroll on many of your
SAG shots. also the
KFF Mek needs some more protection like a cyborg body.
the main issue I'm seeing, however, is mixing strategies in the second list and oth lists seem to have too few scoring units.
