Here are a few pics of the models I have panted for Garuss. The units are all painted in a slightly different style to give them some personality, please excuse the washed out pictures I am moving.... again.... and my good camera is packed away already.

The Terminators are all magnetized so the arms can be swapped between hammers, fists, and shields or what not. They are painted to an above tabletop quality (a little hard to tell with the crappy camera)

The Squad pictured here was airbrushed then detailed with a standard brush. I still need to free-hand the souldrinkers chalice on their shoulder pads and maybe add some nice touches to there bases here and there. The drop pod you can see in the background was painted before I got my airbrush and was a royal pain in the ass... never again will I put myself through that much hassle for a miniature that does not play a large role in the battle....

More coming soon. I really need to dig out my good camera

I was just thinking the other day about the Soul Drinkers and if I've ever seen an army of them. Coincidence? Can't be. I must be a psyker who can see the future... yes it all makes perfect sense.

But seriously I like the Soul Drinkers. Looking forward to seeing more.

Just a little question: Where are the Terminators shoulder pads?

That set of arms still needs pads. I am in the process of casting some custom ones. I should have swapped arms before I took the pic

Thanks. I painted them all of the paladins with a size 0 brush and thinned down paints. Thanks to the crappy camera the shields are the only thing in focus :(

why did you paint them all with a size 0? in this case i would say a size 2 would be good enough... and it will save you loads of time!

i do like souldrinkers... and i really curious about those custom cast shoulderpads

I used a size 0 to get the crazy level of detail. I know its hard to tell with the pictures, but all the eyes, and lenses are gemmed. The terminators have painted battle damage. All of the purity seals have scripts, and every model has extensive line highlighting.

I am however not happy with the hammers. I think I will airbrush them, and the librarians sword to a NMM blue.

Thanks again for the comments
