I want this list to be fun/semi-competitive. I also don't want to remove the Terminators, just bought them before 6th and am committed to playing them but any gear options are interchangeable (magnetized)

1851, Yes I know it isn't legal but that is why I need help, I need to whittle and carve this list up and make it a realistic list. I do want this list to be competitive but when I play against non-tournament players they wont feel outclassed as soon as a I deploy.

Some food for thought. Sorry I don't have better advice at this time but wanted to kick start some thoughts.

Notes on your allies:

1) Ditch the Vox Casters. You aren't even using them so they're just draining points on you.

2) I'd consider ditching the Hydras unless you already have them. They are *only* good against Flyers now thanks to the FAQ update. Unless you know you'll see a Flyer in every list (or most every list) you face, I'd ditch them for a single Vendettas instead. 20 points cheaper and you can rock ground targets as well. This also frees up the Heavy Support slot for Leman Russ tanks (named after our Primarch! How could you not want these? )

3) I think you don't have to take a Primaris Psyker as the HQ if you don't want to. Techpriests and Ministorum Priests can be used for cheap HQ choices, possibly. In 5th edition they were allowed to fullfil the mandatory HQ requirement. In 6th this was changed to a "no" because they can't be Warlords, but since they are an allied detachment and your Warlord would be Logan Grimnar anyways you might be able to get away with this.

Hopefully we'll get a clear answer soon, though I prefer a CCS myself.

Notes on your Wolves:

1) 2+ saves and mixed armor is where its at in 6th. Personally I'd steer clear of 100% TDA Wolf Guard packs. They weren't as effective as mixed armor in 5th edition, and this is even more true now. But you are commited so...

2) What are your Power Weapons modeled as? This is important in 6th edition given the differences between power swords and power axes and so on.

3) Also Wolf Priests and Rune Priests are even better these days. A Wolf Priest with Saga of the Hunter gives the unit he is with Fearless, Preferred Enemy, Stealth, and Outflank all for 110 points! Even better, he can join IG squads thanks to them being Battle Brothers.

Rune Priests have the best psyker defense in the game and still have amazing abilities and are still incredibly inexpensive.

I mention these as we might be able to find room for one depending on the changes we can make to your list.

4) Different wargear is moot now. You may want to think about that with regards to the load out of your Wolf Guard terminators.
