I am currently looking through a copy of Devil's Charge and I have a question. When is aat what point is a company rated a infantry/mech/tank company. For example the 150th Panzer Brigade Battle Group is rated as Tank company. But, if take all infantry/mech platoons, and the does that make a Infantry/mech company.

Nope. If it's a tank company, it's a tank company.
