It would have problems vs the 9 scythe spam, but as of now there is nothing in the game that can beat that. 3 nightwings can do a good job of killing anything in the air or vehicles on the ground while the 2 warp hunters wreck anything not in a vehicle and can even destroy vehicles with D cannon and AP2. Necrons have no good solution to harlequins right now. If harlies get even a 5+ cover save, which is simple in 6th, i have a 2+ rerollable cover save with the new FAQ and the 2d6x2 spotting distance. Nightwings have shrouding also so i can grab a 3+ evade or a 5+ cover at all time and they come in on a 2+ turn 2. Pathfinders easily find a 2+ cover save and GJB and dire avengers are in reserve to avoid the early fire and deal with things out of transports late game. Warp hunters are the only things easy to kill, but they are barrage so they can stay out of LOS and spam d cannon barrages that can single out characters and ID them. Overall this list is build to be rock solid on defense and as hard to kill as any list i can think of. I can beat most melee armies in shooting and i can beat most shooting armies in melee meaning i can dictate the battle either way.
