Yes, it gives you the profile for the guns when talking about them (Emplaced Guns).

I can't seem to find it, I found the stuff on buildings and emplaced weapons, but the aegis defense line is not a building and can not be attacked per se. Page number please.

Yes you can destroy them as they are a gun emplacement and follow the rules as described on pg105 in the rulebook.

Page 105, it's the only stat line on the page. They actually aren't that hard to kill either.

They can only be fired manually.

Also Gun Emplacements can also be bought for Bastions. They still use the Gun Emplacement rules and can be killed without attacking the building just like any other model on the roof.

Need to finish Nid'ing up my Quad-gun.

Emplaced weapons
and gun emplacements

The first gets the automated fire(and nids can't manually fire them)
The second does not get automated fire but can be used by nids.
